Section on 2016 Election[edit]

I want to propose a new section that would make note of the fact that Winston County had the highest nationwide proportion of votes in favor of Donald Trump (89%). This seems culturally and/or historically significant, as Winston County is recognized as being historically a political outlier in the state of Alabama.
